Rose Amethyst is a unique form of Amethyst featuring a pink-to-lilac gradient. It characteristically grows in clustered, prismatic crystals, usually found embedded in basaltic rocks, with a green chloride point of origin visible at the base. Typically, specimens consist of thin plates of the stone, with the chlorides visible through the top-side crystals.
