Elestial Quartz is the name given to quartz with certain formations, with natural terminations all over the faces and body of a layered or etched crystal. Most are smoky, although there are a few clear found.
One of my favorite specimens of Elestial Quartz, this one is long and thin, with fascinating terminations on both sides. A deep smoky color when lying flat, it is much lighter and almost translucent when held up in the light. One side is riddled with smaller terminations, while the other side has long flat, smooth faces. Weighing in at 2.43 lbs, measuring 8" x 5" x 1.25".
